Your personal data may be processed by ESSI Beauty under the law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.
Under the law, ESSI is considered as data responsible.
b) Processing Objectives of Your Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the requirements for the processing of personal data listed in the law.
For the purposes of processing your personal data, without prejudice to the legal and commercial security of the ESSI Beauty business partners of ESSI Beauty or ESSI Beauty.
All necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to prevent unlawful access to your personal data and to protect them in a safe manner.
c) Sharing Your Personal Data
In accordance with the law, your personal data may be shared with the ESSI Beauty Group Companies and with the shareholders, partners, suppliers, external service providers and legally authorized public institutions and organizations of ESSI Beauty.
For the purposes of processing your personal data, without prejudice to the legal and commercial security of the ESSI Beauty business partners of ESSI Beauty or ESSI Beauty.
In case your personal data is shared, necessary security measures are taken by Essi Beauty.
d) Methods of Gathering Your Personal Data and Their Legal Causes
ESSI collects your personal data through various channels, such as surveys, websites, ESSI Beauty representatives and so on in order to maintain its beauty activities. The data is processed in accordance with the requirements listed in articles 5 and 6 of the law for various legal reasons.
e) Your Legal Right about Your Personal Data
In accordance with the law, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
1. You can learn whether personal data has been processed or not.
2. If your personal data has been processed, you can request information with respect to this.
3. You can learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose.
4. You have the right to know the third parties in which personal data is transmitted at home or abroad.
5. You can request the correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing.
6. You can request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of the Law.
7. You have the right to be notified to the third parties that the transactions are transferred to the personal data.
8. You have the right to challenge any results against the individual due to processing the personal data by automatic systems.
9. If you incur losses due to the unlawful processing of personal data you have the right to demand that the damage.
In order to use your rights mentioned above, you can apply in writing to ESSI Beauty and send the application to the address below. If new application methods are determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, these methods will be announced by ESSI.
The applications you make within this scope will be finalized within 30 days. The applications are now free of charge. However, in case the Personal Data Protection Board determines a wage scale, the remuneration can be made according to this tariff.

In order to use your rights, you may send the above-mentioned Campaign Form to the address specified on the form by using registered mail. The letter should contain your identification information, the right you want to use and your detailed description of your request.
